4 – Step Approach to Actioning your distribution requirements:
1. The Job is Booked. For your convenience courier jobs can be booked via 3 methods:

2. Despatch – All job details are recorded in our system at this time. Operations then despatches your job to the nearest, appropriate vehicle to ensure that your delivery timeframes are met.
3. Pick Up – The driver responds to the job allocation via their hand held PDA data units, and proceeds to pick up & delivery your consignment. The PDA units receive all the job details – ensuring accuracy is maintained at all times.
4. Delivery – On delivery the recipient must always sign for the consignment. The PDA units include sign on glass software, allowing you to view visual proof of delivery (POD) signatures LIVE via the website. Records of date, time and signatures are all archived.
